There are so many real estate agents in Myrtle Beach,all saying they are the best, it can be intiminating who to choose. I found Radha by chance. I was searching for relocating information, because I knew I wanted to retire to Myrtle Beach sometime in 2014. There was a drop down menu at the site(I believe it was the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce) for real estate, and one of the companies was Watermark Real Estate Group. I don't know why I choose it, but it was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I signed up on her site,told her what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend,when I would make the move and anything else she needed to know. She took that information and gave me ideas on the best locations I might like to look into. Going through all the listings can make you crazy. But Radha was there calming me down and giving me things to look for to help narrow the search. So I made my first trip to look at houses in Sept. 2011. I spent time on my own looking at different places until I finally met Radha. I was at ease right away meeting her and her knowledge of the market and the area is amazing. She showed me houses she thought I would like. I am a complete novice when it comes to buying. She told me all the steps I would be going through,the time frame for the different steps, and assured me my head would not explode. That trip didn't turn into a house purchase,but the the next one in May of this year proved to be the one. We found a brand new house that fit me to a tee. It's in a development in south Myrtle Beach,about 10 mins. from the water. The best part is the developer wants to use the house as a model home. He is leasing the house from me until July of 2013. Since I can not retire until the end of 2013 it's a win win. Radha was there every step of the way setting up with banks,a law firm,inspectors everything I needed. to close on the house. Well I closed in July and I could'nt be happier. As I said before, choosing Radha as my broker was one of the best things I ever did. I not only have a new house but I also have a new friend. Radha did a great job supporting my condo research and subsequent purchase. She was readily available to answer questions, provide market information, and to spend time showing me various properties in person. I would give her my highest recommendation.

I found Radha by accident. I was calling about a property and asked for another agent that was out of the office. That was a stroke of luck for me. We wanted to buy a condo and we knew what we wanted. I told her and immediately she sent listings for me to review. She kept sending listings because she found some really nice properties at a great price. Within three weeks time we had decided on three or four we wanted to see and we set up an appointment. She was really nice to work with us on scheduling the visit. In about an hours time, we had decided on a place to put an offer on. From then on out she did all the negotiatons, got a deal we marvelled at and got the paper work going. She arranged for someone to do the inspection of the property and forwarded all the info to us. She advised us on a lawyer to use and they were terrific. She kept us informed daily as to what was happening, answered all our questions. It went very smoothly. She set up the closing for us and we FedEXed the whole thing. In about three weeks time, we were the proud owners of a condo. One our first trip to the condo, she met us with our keys, took us to lunch and presented us with a very nice, shall we say, condo warming gift.
