tried to contact the agent on several of his listed properties, the phone didn't get answered and no call back after leaving messages. Someone really interested, willing and able could and perhaps have had lost a chance to get a house due to this kind of bad service.

I searched for a home in Rochester Hills MI with this agent. He always showed up late to every house we planned on meeting at. I felt this was unprofessional. He did apologize for being late. Also, during one home showing he was on his cell phone the whole time swearing at someone and talking about where he was going to party on the weekend. When I finally found a home, he had trouble negotiating with the other realtor on the price I offered. He said the other realtor didn't like him because of some other deal and we were gonna have to offer more than the asking price or we could forget the deal.
