April 15, 2012 To Whom This May Concern: Dan Pflugshaupt from Gallery of Homes helped me and my wife find our dream lake home on the lake that was at top on my list. It started last year 2011when we stopped in at Gallery of Homes to talk about lake homes around the Longville area. We happened to run into Dan Pflugshaupt who was very helpful at that time. Dan printed out a list of homes that might interest us. At that time we were looking but not thinking of buying. Over the winter 2011 I inherited some money from my folks which changed us from lookers to potential buyers. My wife happened to be checking the Gallery of Homes web site (which is very helpful and easy to navigate) and noticed a lake home that looked right up our alley. We quickly made a list of other potential lake homes and contacted Dan to set up a showing. Dan was very professional and quickly set up showings for the lake homes on our list. The third home on the list was the one we were most interested to see. The first two homes were very nice but just not what we were looking for. The third home turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. My wife fell in love with it almost immediately upon arrival and after looking around told me and Dan that we were done looking at lake places. Considering how nice the lake home was and the fact that it was on a lake that I liked and most importantly my wife loved it I said OK. We all met back at the Gallery of Homes and put together a fair offer for our dream home. A few days later (with Dan?s help) the offer was accepted. We then ask Dan for his help and called a Pro Certified Home Inspector and had the home inspected. It passed shortly there after. Again with Dan?s help we were able to set up a closing date. Dan contacted Michelle Barstow to handle the closing. Michelle was very professional and personable. We asked to have the closing at ?The Galley of Homes? and Michelle agreed. Again with Dan?s help everything went smoothly. We are now proud owners of our ?Dream Lake Home? We would highly recommend Dan Pflugshaupt to anyone looking for their dream lake home. Dan, We thank you for helping us with the purchase of our lake home. As you know, our kids had no idea we were purchasing the home, it was a huge surprise. We went for a walk and said let?s cut thru and go see if that creek is running, so we did. Then Brad said let?s go down by the lake and our oldest right away said ?that is trespassing dad? then to go a little further Brad said it looks like there is nobody home, lets go see if the door is open. At that point they ran and kept saying that we were trespassing. Brad then yelled out to them, ?stop, this is your cabin?.? They all turned and looked and just stood there not believing. ?This is your cabin, we bought this cabin?? I think it took a whole minute before it sunk in, once it did they came back running. Too cool. We got inside and they all discovered they got new roller blades on top of it and they were over the moon!! Thank you for your promptness throughout the entire buying experience.
