Tabetha help my wife and I for months we had a offer in on a house that my wife just feel in love with and on the day the bank came back with a extension she told us about another house that was the same setup as the one we had a contract on. It was a bit more in price but oh boy was the price increase wroth it. She took us to see the house and before we even decided to leave we wanted to make a offer on the house. Standing out side of the house we told her how much we wanted to offer on the place and with in a hour she called us back that they had accepted the offer. So we did not extend the contract on the first house and the next day was signing contracts on the new house. It took us about 2 months after making the offer for the closing date and they got us in right on time for the first time home buyer. Now 6 months later we are in the house and loving every minute of it. I would suggest to any one looking in this area to contact her. My husband and I were in Florida on vacation in December and while we were there we decided to purchase a house because the prices were great. We called a couple of agents and they were not helpful at all, they either wouldnt answer the phone or they wouldnt return our calls! My husband called Tabetha about one house that had her name on it as the agent. Right away she was very friendly and open. She sent us a ton of listings for us to review and decide on which ones we wanted to view. When we were ready to view the properties she was there right away. She always answered any questions we had and if she didnt know the answer to something she would find out for us right away. When it was time for us to go back home from vacation we still had not found a home, so we did everything online and through e-mail or phone.
