Oh yes, a soft-spoken realtor who promised to pay us if our home did not sell in 45 days. Unfortunately, this was not in the 'signed contract' and he now does not know what we are talking about. Saying we are disappointed in his service would be an understatement. After 4 months, an $11K price reduction plus our offer of an additional $5K for home repairs at closing, this agent only presented one offer & it was $90K under the original listing price he suggested. This agent had tremendous difficulty in publishing the MLS listing correctly, his photographer arrived on the wrong day & he only sat at one Open House for us. He is just another 'LISTER', not a realtor who is interested in representing the seller nor is he knowledgeable in this neighborhood. Be wary. Less

I listed this home for sale with Blair on Friday - we had a full price offer the following day - Blair met with the buyer on Monday to inspect the home and firm up the offer.
