We are a group of investors from California. On August 12th 2012, we contacted Michelle regarding a purchase of two residential properties in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. We informed her that we would be coming to the area from Central California for three days only. We worked with Michelle to put a plan in place with pre-selected properties to ensure that the trip would be productive. We arranged to meet at one of the properties on Wednesday, August 22. As we were leaving the first property at 10:30 a.m., Michelle lost her personal keys in the running water. Once she calmed down, we agreed to meet at 1:30 p.m. to give her time to deal with her personal issue. We left her a voice-mail message about an hour later to confirm the meeting. We never received a call back. As we were on route to the property at our planned meeting time, Michelle sent the following text message: ?Hello Remy sorry where my parent live a lot of roads are closed, plus where I live as well.... Just getting my car, plus I have to pick up my husband @ airport & go to the lexus dealership to get a new remote... I am going to have to resc for tomorrow...I will touch base with u later this afternoon.? After receiving this message, we called her immediately. She didn't answer, and we left her a voice-mail requesting that she contact another agent in her office so that we could continue viewing properties for the rest of the afternoon. Since leaving this voice-mail, we have had absolutely no response from Michelle, not even to discuss the plan for the following days as she promised in her text message. Michelle abandoned us without offering any solutions right at the beginning of our business trip with no consideration for our time and effort. We find this behavior to be extremely unprofessional, cowardly, and disrespectful.
