I contacted this Realtor, we had met once through mutual friends, and she met with my husband and I to discuss our home. Angela was very candid and told us EXACTLY what we needed to do to sell our home. She gave us tons of information about other sales in our neighborhood to help us gauge price. We did about 90% of the things she suggested. She then helped us stage our home to show, highlighting the finer selling points. I never saw my house look so good as it did when she was done. Our grown children swear they never lived in the house shown on the web site. It really looked great. She ran the open house, facilitated an offer, helped us negotiate an agreed price! So basically, she sold our house in 6 days...6 days from the day the sign went up to we had a contract!!! Angela so far exceeded my expectations.
