John did an excellent job for us with a particularly difficult purchase of a reposessed property. If you ever buy a repo that is handled by a company called Altisource, he is the only way to go because of his professionalism, contacts, and knowledge of the company. He is very responsive to any questions you have.

We had worked with a different agent previously, but she didn't seem to understand our budget or our needs. John was recommended to us and we are glad we contacted him. He showed us plenty of houses that were within our budget. Shortly before our scheduled closing date, our lender closed down their operations in South Carolina which delayed our closing date. John was able to expeditiously show me a foreclosure property and then process my bid over the next several days. Since I was from nearly 500 miles away, his help was invaluable. Given many tales of difficulties buying properties such as this, it seemed this deal went quite smoothly. As he and I joked, he is able to make money because he returns calls to prospects (such as myself.)
