I would have to say that Dale made my experience buying a house so easy he told me not to worry about certain things that he would make sure I was taken care of and I was. When I called him either he answered the phone or called me right back even if it was for a simple question I had and before he hung up with me he made sure I understood. This was my third house and first one thru Dale and his team and I will go thru them again.
