Jeff's Team basically came to our rescue as we found ourselves in a very difficult selling time crunch, within a difficult sellars market! With a home being build and ready for move in, they were able to substantially increase the number of showings and we soon found a buyer. Kristy Glover was available at all times of the day or night. Visitation scheduling was incredibly prompt and we never had a problem seeing any house, no matter how remote. We didn't quite believe Jeff when he told us he thought our house would sell in under 30 days. We were proven wrong when we got a full price offer on our house after only 10 days on the market. We purchased a foreclosure that had many irregular circumstances. Working with the bank and a less than perfect listing agent was extremely difficult and stressful. When I was upset with the bank or listing agent Jeff calmed me, when I was confused he answered my questions, when I was nervous he calmed my nerves.
