Delivered as promised - which is the most important measure in our opinion. He was very aware of the market timing issues and gave us options to consider. We were considering another broker until we interviewed Jeff. There was no comparison between the two. Jeff was interested in understanding our specific circumstance and making sure that what we did was supportive of what we wanted.

Jeff's Team basically came to our rescue as we found ourselves in a very difficult selling time crunch, within a difficult sellars market! We didn't quite believe Jeff when he told us he thought our house would sell in under 30 days. We were proven wrong when we got a full price offer on our house after only 10 days on the market. Jeff was honest with us regarding the price that he thought would move the house and his hard work got us through to closing. We purchased a foreclosure that had many irregular circumstances. Working with the bank and a less than perfect listing agent was extremely difficult and stressful. When I was upset with the bank or listing agent Jeff calmed me, when I was confused he answered my questions, when I was nervous he calmed my nerves.
