To put it simply, John is a fantastic real esate agent. My wife and I just purchased our first home and John really added a lot of value to our experience. We fell in love with a house in Kirkwood early in the process and actually got into a bidding war situation with several other potential buyers. John guided us through that process and suggested a price that was dead on accurate - enough for us to win the bidding war but still appraise in value. He is incredibly responsive and knows how to succesfully deal with a demanding, busy, OCD client like us (haha, thanks John). Depending on the day, I may have been emailing from multiple accounts, texting, or calling him and he always managed to keep it straight. As first time home buyers, our heads were spinning with how much there is to do from the purchase/sale agreement to the closing meeting. John always keeps a relaxed, confident, easy going manner that kept us sane. We only looked at 6-7 houses before buying one, so I can't really attest to his ability to track down the right property. However, he did a fantastic job of leading us through all the due diligence. He is never pushy, but is confident enough to defintiely let you know if he thinks you are making a mistake. I highly recommend John as a Realtor for anyone buying or selling a home in the Metro Atlanta area. John has a dedicated yet easy-going style that will be a perfect fit for just about anyone. He let me control my own search, helping me see all the properties on my list. In addition, he gave a few of his recommendations after we saw the properties I chose. Per one of his suggestions, I found and fell in love with my new home even though I initially dismissed the area. While deciding to make an offer, John provided enough advice without applying any pressure. He placed urgency on the situation without making it stressful. And throughout the negotiations, he always fought hard and successfully. Most importantly, John was very attentive and responsive. He was always available via email or phone. He helped me navigate the difficult process by offering any assistance possible including personal touches not always expected from a Realtor. As a first time buyer, John was exactly who I needed. He was patient and helpful and I felt comfortable asking him any question I had. He was also very available and made me feel like a priority. Not to mention he's just a nice guy!

John helped me buy a house (my first) in Oakhurst in the Spring of 2010. He was terrific in every respect and I can't recommend him highly enough! I'm thrilled with my house and felt that the negotiations went very smoothly throughout. John was very helpful when looking for a new home. He drove us around and had all the listings ready and had done the research to make sure we weren't wasting our time. He knows real estate and will offer advice, but he also knows it is ultimately the buyer that needs to make the final decisions about the house he or she is living in.

John was wonderful in helping my wife and I find our first home. We gave him a tough task in finding the perfect home for us for not a lot of money. John worked with us for several months and found a terrific place for us to start our family. A++++ in my book!
