Ms. Livingston listed our home and started out to be an adequate agent. She only did the bare minimum to market our house. When our contract with her expired she did not contact us to giveus any warning that she was going to remove teh house from the market. When confronted she said that she and her assistant had sent emails to us about extending our contract, no such emails ever came. Worked till the loan was approved. Loan took a very long time to get approved cause Original lender denied our loan, due to paper work messup by the mortgage agent. Helped us find a new lender through her contacts. Definitely recommend her. Very professional and helpful. She works long hours and available most of the time you call her.
