We were previously working with a different agent from out of town, and it did not seem like she had a clue what homes were really available and how to get us in. Once we contacted Max, we had 2 sets of showings with a little over a week, and got into contract 2 weeks after meeting! Seems to know market well, but very bad at returning calls and response time. I needed help buying a house in West Sacramento, he started helping me but after showing one house he stopped helping me and didn't return my phone calls. I heard good things about the agent, but later came across another agent who really started taking care of me better and we are still looking for a house, but atleast he is committed to helping me all the way. This agent seemed like a nice person, but not very good at committing to helping people buy. Just showing one house isn't enough. Less
