Bought a single family home in Gilbert Az. Mike did great until it came to the home inspection where he made the home inspector rush to do his inspection because he had to be at another appointment. The home inspector took him time and I could tell Mike was getting upset at him for not going faster. Being in the service industry myself I hate to feel like I have done a hurried job. Don't let him rush your home inspector!

My wife and I had no idea how to go buying a home. I read that we wanted a buyers agent, not just a real estate broker, so we found Mike and set up an appointment. We had done some googling and zillowing to get an idea of what we could afford and were pretty set on a couple of decent homes in decent neighborhoods. At the beginning of the year, my wife and I decided that we were ready to begin looking for a home to purchase, but neither of us have ever bought a home or have any knowledge of the process involved. Mike was recommended to us by some friends, so I met with him to go over what we were looking for and expecting. From our initial meeting, Mike took the time to hear me out, answer all my questions and concerns, and gave me an idea of what the process involved. We began our search after that, and we looked at everything (fixer-upper, condo, older builds, and new builds). I was very broad in my search at first, but Mike was always patient and was very quick in meeting with me whenever I wanted to see a house. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and even when he wasn't available, he was prompt in returning my calls. He handled himself in a professional and courteous manner whenever we were dealing with others, but I was pleased to see that he also knew how to go-to-bat for us and be assertive when it was necessary for negotiations, problems, etc. He was never pushy with us, and always supportive of our decisions, but what I also appreciated was that he would also be up-front with me when I asked him for his wisdom or opinions, even if it wasn?t what I was hoping to hear. This whole process was new to me and I knew that it would be rather stressful, so when I first started out, my intent was to find a realtor that was not only knowledgeable, but really, it was just as important to me to find somebody I that I could trust. I had heard too many horror stories from friends and co-workers about their experiences with realtors. Mike however, proved himself to be a man of integrity, and he made the whole process much easier and enjoyable for my wife and I. We Met Mike on Line and it proved to be the best meeting we ever had. We talked to mike for a few minutes one morning to discuss our home wants. Within a few hours Mike had us signed up and we were up to our neck in homes to look at. It took us a few days the sort through them. We built our short list and that?s when Mike went to work. We went through all the info that mike provided for us and we found a house that we felt might work. Well Mike was in his car and on the freeway, that afternoon Mike had filmed 3 Videos of the subject house and had them posted online for us to view.
