Rick uses assistants that he passes you on to. His assistant was very nice but lacked the experience I was looking for from a seasoned agent. Rick told my wife and I he did not do short sales and at the time like now that was a big percent of houses for sale. He did not seem to want to help us get the best possible value in a house. We found a great young lady who worked very hard to help us find a great house that we love and guided us thru a short sale that we purchased for a great price.
