We definitely looked at lots of houses. Some we knew before we went, we weren't likely to buy it. Julie is such a great Realtor! My husband and I are new to the area and Julie was patient and knowledgeable - I am very picky and she spent all the time I needed - but also on my tight timeline - to find our perfect house! We told her what we were looking for in a house (nearby restaurants, schools, re-sale value) and she delivered! She smoothly negotiated our asking price and assisted us with a difficult closing.
