We told Terry we needed to see a property in an hour...before ever having ever met her. She rearranged her schedule and met us at her listing in downtown Deland, FL. We loved the little cottage and made an offer and asked to close in a week. No problem. Later that morning(at my request) she had the paperwork ready to sign in her office and we closed in six days. She and her assistant were most accommodating. We used their office as our own for an hour one morning during the hectic transition. Last year my elderly mother moved into an assisted living facility, which in turn lead to a need to sell her house. Terry was referred to us by a family friend and after meeting with her we agreed to sign on with Terry to handle the listing process. At this point it was clear that this was going to be a very tedious and difficult process to manage since my Mom was in Deland and my family was in Atlanta. The house was in absolutely awful shape not to mention 60 years of accumulated stuff shoved in every space. I really did not know how I was going to manage the clean up and needed repairs etc. This is where Terry set herself apart.
