Jenny went way above and beyond what a realtor would normally do. She's very smart, efficient and has wonderful negotiation skills. She really has a good knowledge about all aspects of the real estate market. She was never pushy. Jenny really tried hard to get something we'd be happy with. I was a first time home buyer and the whole process was new and intimidating. Jenny was a great asset. I ended up in a tough escrow for a short sale/ pre-foreclosure condo in University Heights. As an agent herself, my friend is confident that Jenny would help us find our dream home. After going through a tedious house buying process, I am so glad we found Jenny. She took us to view properties for about a year and was very attentive to our needs. She was also very flexible when we asked her to take my parent or my fiance's parents to view the property or preview something for us first. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and educate us with any market trends and comparable prices of the property.
