He has a great knack for sifting though the many many homes out there and just finding the ones we may be interested in. The homes we actually saw, he was super at standing by and letting us look at all the posibilities. He never gave any advice unsolicited and we have come to truly appreciate his thoughts on the houses we ask him about. If you are looking for a new home and a realtor that will go the distance for you, i would recomend Mr. Steve Yokeley. He will always be on top of what ever you need done and he will always return phone calls. He went above and beyound when i was in the process of buying my house. Steve is the agent who showed us what is now our new home, when it was merely a twinkle in our eyes... He showed us the model unit of the condominium development we were investigating, looking to build a retirement home. He met us on time for that first visit, was very pleasant, led us into the unit, told us to look around and ask him any questions we wanted. I *loved* that he did not follow us around, pointing out things in the unit. We wandered around on our own, then came back to the main area, where he was waiting patiently. I had lots of questions, and he answered them all quickly, knowledgeably and professionally. It was wonderful! We paid a down payment on a lot, planning to build 3 years later. However, another lot came available a few months later, and Steve presented this to us an an option, negotiating several upgrades to our unit with the developer, if we would build then instead of 3 years later. We ended up doing this, and used our condo as a vacation home until we were able to make the permanent move. During the building of our unit, since we were living 800 miles away, Steve kept us up to date on the progress with emails, photos and phone calls. We were first-time home "builders" (so to speak), and he skillfully guided us through the maze of selecting the various items the buyer must select when building a home from scratch. He steered us clear of many beginner mistakes, also! The entire experience was made 100% easier and more pleasant due to Steve's help. And questions? I know I must have asked Steve at least 1000 (maybe more) questions during the buying/building process! He answered every one of them, and if he didn't know the answer from his own knowledge, he did research and found the answer for us. He also made sure our contract was well-worded to the best advantage for us. One of Steve's best qualities as an agent (to me) is his honesty and accurate representation of the facts. Anyone who lists their home with Steve or who has Steve as an agent to buy a home can be assured that he will negotiate the best deal possible for them. Steve is a wonderfully pleasant person with whom to work, and he has a great sense of humor - you can't go wrong with him as your agent!
