Don was the best real estate agent we have ever used and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who they can trust and who knows the market best. I had interviewed two other agents and was totally prepared to list my house with one as she claimed to be the specialist in my community..I was not answering any other calls from others as I was to meet her, then I received a call from Don and there was such a strong pull to him, he commanded my full attention with his strong assuring voice. He asked that I at least give him the opportunity to meet me before I signed and I agreed only with Don because I felt his strength and determination and professional manner immediately..he met me first thing the next day and I liked him immediately. His knowledge of the real estate market and his knowledge of my community had my full attention. He came fully prepared with all the information that I needed to see along with a listing agreement..it took less then an hour for me to sign with him . He explained exactly what he would do to get my house sold...do an open house every Sunday. Advertise and more. True to his word he was at my home every weekend and kept me informed of everyone he saw and spoke to. I never had to call him. He was in constant touch with me. He put together a virtual tour that was magnificent. He spent a lot of time to prepare it and continued to call me to ask if I was satisfied with it and I was. I was extremely impressed. The home was listed with him for just six weeks when he came to me with an offer from someone that had seen the house on an open house. I refused the offer and was countered but I still wasn't ready to accept it....I thought the deal was dead but Don's persistence with the client kept the clients interest. He literally would not let this buyer go. He called him many many times. He insisted the client come again and again to look at my house. And what a wonderful surprise when Don called me a couple of weeks later to tell me the now buyer agreed to a price that I was quite satisfied with. In just two months in this awful market Don had a fully executed contract. I was thrilled. I myself am a realtor and know how hard some of us work like Don and how others will promise you the world and give you nothing.
