Silke has super strong negotiation skills. The house I bought is in really good condition, only couple of things need repair or fix. I didn't expect the seller will do too much since the price is pretty reasonable. But with Silke's negotiation the seller agreed to do almost everything we listed. Silke is a wonderful professional. She is very good at what she does and the client comes first. She really impressed me. I bought a short sale and we ran into a couple of obstacles. That didn't stop Silke. I don't think she believes in obstacles. She took care of all of them. Even when it wasn't her job to do so. I never had a problem getting ahold of her.
