BEST AGENT EVER, very helpful, honest, and professional.... i would recommend her to anyone willing to buy a house... she is one of the very few agents that don't give you any hard time and she is sharp when it comes to appointments!!

If I had to describe Teodora in one word, it would be 'genuine.' As a seller, I was very unhappy with my first realtor, who tried getting the biggest bang for HIS buck by lying and attempting to short me in a sale before even listing my house on the market. I changed course and went with Teodora, which was the best decision ever! Teodora worked so hard to sell my house and didn't jump at the first offer just to pick up a swift commission. She did all the work, like a true realtor should, and did not call me until she had the best offer she knew I could get (a price that the first realtor said would be impossible to get). When the buying agent made a "mistake" on the closing paperwork to my disadvantage and tried playing off like no big deal, Teodora wasn't having it and made him change it asap before any signatures from our end.
