I was very pleased with Sammie Jo and Beth. I am a single mother and first time home owner...so this was a new and scary experience. I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. I contacted Beth and Sammie Jo to help us look for a home for me, my husband and my mother. They took me to several locations and some beautiful homes. Then one day they took me to see the perfect home. I didn't know what to do next as far as inspections and closings and earnest money. Beth and Sammie Jo held my hand and walked me through every step. If I wanted to see something in the house they would meet me at the house at any time of day. They sent me in the right direction for financing, closing cost etc. I know I worried them at times but they never failed to call me back no matter how many times I called a day or emailed. Bless her heart Sammie even met me early one morning when she was nine months pregant and miserable to show me a house. I love these girls so much. They are two of the sweetest women I have ever met. 1. Knew next to nothing about the house we were seeing. Did not attempt to get answers for us either. 2. Explained the process poorly--and it cost us $500. 3. Took at least a day, sometimes four days, to return calls. 4. Was late to every single meeting and 20 minutes before one meeting, she asked to meet in a parking lot of a different town. 5. Lied about stupid things like when she sent an email. Made us think she was probably not completely truthful about everything else as well.

They sold my house in one of the hardest areas and also help me get another place which I had been trying to get for over a year. When they tell you something you can take it to the bank. I recommend them to all who want to buy or sell or both.
