Karin is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. She not only found us a great home in the neighborhood we wanted, but she managed to negotiate practically everything we asked for. She was very honest as to the pros and cons of each home and did not pressure us at all. If we ever sell this home or move again, we won't use anybody except Karin.

Karin was great from the start, quick to listen and quick to help. Always happy to show us a house and great a communicating between us and the seller.
