He has never resolved any of the issues that we had with his employees, to include returning calls, sending statements of payment to us each month, sending our tax info, and ensuring our tennants were getting repairs done when needed. His company has a high turnover rate of their employees, so you never know who you are supposed to contact when you need help. In the end I was to pay for the staging...finally we renegotiated and the staging was on Joe. Then I found out the staging was to be minimal. I have a beautiful home in the $350K range and I was not happy to get MINIMAL staging (LR, Kitchen & Master). Be cautious and get your deal in writing and be specific!

I was ready to buy a house and I decided to go with Mr. Corwin for the 1% rebate. I met with Mr. Corwin and I explained what i wanted in a home. After a lengthy conversation, (he was very easy going and found out we had things in common) he gave me a password to look into the real estate database that was configured to my wants. After I picked out the houses I wanted to look at, I met with Mr. Alex Marti from the business who became my personal realtor. Alex was very professional and helped me look at all the houses I had chosen. We looked at 5 and the last one was the one I wanted. After that, he was very helpful and guided me along to signing all the documents that i needed to lock down the house. We were coming from out of state, and Joe spent Father's Day weekend taking us to look at 33 houses in three days. Joe seemed to get a sense of exactly what we wanted in a house. We made an offer on a house, and then left town to go pack up our old house. The house that we were looking to get didn't have enough pictures on the website, and we wanted to see more to refresh our memories. So we asked Joe if was able to go by that house to take some more pictures and send them to us. Upon going over to the house, he noticed a house that was a few doors down from the other house that was For Sale by Owner. He called the owner and went to take a look at the house.
