The bottom line is Cathy got our house sold. She helped us in dealing with a buyer's agent who was less than professional, and she gave us honest input that helped us make decisions. If you want your house sold, follow her advice and trust her. She isn't great at communicating, but if you really need to talk with her (as when there's an offer that needs to be negotiated), she is right on top of things. We were in Lafayette, IN for only three days (a Saturday, Sunday and Monday). We had to purchase a home in that time. Cathy blocked off those days on her calendar and worked with us throughout the weekend.
