We were looking for a home to purchase in Arizona while still living in central California. We first spoke with Vito via phone and our first impression is that he was somebody who seemed very zealous and extremely passionate about what he does. We roughly told Vito what we were looking for in a home and emailed him a list of properties that we found online that we were interested in looking at. About a week later we hopped on a plane and flew down to Tucson. Once we spent about 20 minutes with Vito we knew he'd be the one seeing us through to the end. He was very personable, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgable about EVERYTHING. School districts, places to eat, places to shop, demographic of the neighborhood, history of the housing development, reputation/quality of the home builder, etc. Anything you want to know, he has an answer. He works very hard and stays informed of market activity in the geographic area where he has chosen to work. During discussions about asking price, he was very honest about what he thought my house was worth based upon his extensive study of comparable home sales in my area, both his and those of other realtors, the details of which he made available to me to help me make a decision. He was specific about my property's pluses and minuses. He projected confidence in his judgments but was never supercilious in rendering them.
