Ken was excellent, we were planning to move to Reno and knew the areas we wanted to look at and he had a list for us almost immediately. He always quickly responded to our questions no matter how trivial, with very helpful advice. With us not living in Reno he set up showings on short notice whenever we came to town. He also kept us informed of any new listings that met our wish list came on the market and arranged showings as soon as we could make time for a trip to Reno. Ken was recommended to me by a friend. I knew I wanted to live in Verdi but also knew that my selections were going to be limited because the location is a highly desired place to live with not so many choices, especially in my price range. Although Ken knew it may be challenging, he assured me that when houses came available, that fit my budget and preferences, he would let me know as soon as possible.
