O.Kheir is an excellent agent, to say the least. Trying to buy property when you do not live in the area can be extra stressful, however, O. makes it very easy. His knowledge of the area is bar none! We live in N.Y. and have only traveled to Daytona once since we began our search in September. Before leaving for the trip, we researched quite a few different agents and we decided to go with O.Kheir. We were impressed by his recommendations, track record, and his philanthropy in the Daytona area. We emailed him to set an appointment & he responded in less than 15 minutes. He was more than accommodating to our busy schedule & made the most of our short weekend visit.
