We had other Realtors before we met Olga and all of them fell short to the level of the expertise, professionalism, dedication, and awesomeness that is Olga. My partner and I were in a very tight bind and were ready to end our house search until we met Ms. Tsiavos. The house we were renting was set to be demolished, and the owners made it a living nightmare for us and our dogs to live there (No heat in the winter, roof and house in dis-repair damaging our personal belongings, and we were sick for 2 months living in the rental location). Let's start from the beginning. When we met Olga in early July 2012, I told her everything that was going on and how short of a time restriction we had. Without any hesitation we started our search and were on our way to find a new forever home. We saw dozens and dozens of homes and we were finally interested in a home. We decided to bid bid on that home and after several back and fourths negotiations the owners decided to go with another couple. This happened to us several times and our sprits were dropping and ready to give up. By the 4th time we bid on a houe, Olga did everything in her power to make sure we got the best price for the value of the home and we won the house. No matter what time of the day, Olga is very prompt with all her responses and was/ is always there to help us. Even from the start, Olga helped us with finding our lawyer (excellent as well), and ANYTHING we needed. We were excited and were told by the 1st Mortgage company, due to the USDA loan guidelines the process can take from 30-60 days for us to close and move in. At that time the 1st mortgage company kept loosing everything, and had a complete lack of communication amongst themselves and a lack of competency. We had to do everything in triplicates due to the consistant redundant mess ups. We completely lost our faith during that time with the mortgage company that it mentally exhausted us. Once Olga found out what was going on, she immediately, got on the mortgage company agent's to push them ahead. If anything was needed and she could take care of, It was done within hours. Let's say the 30- 60 day time period did not work out, we started the process in July and in November we were denied our loan. Once we stopped sobbing and we calmed down, we gave Olga a call to let her know the status update. Olga encouraged us by saying she had a mortgage person and she was "the miracle maker". We decided to go with Olga because she earned our absolute trust. During the few moths with the miracle maker's company, there were many mistakes made, but Olga was there every step of the way pushing them, the appraisers, the lawyers, the sellers agent, the town's clerk, and everyone that needed to be pushed to get the closing complete. Thanks to Olga's relentless work ethic and diligence, we were fully done with the process in a shorter amount of time and on Valentine's Day 2/14/2013 we closed on our house. Olga was great!! She knew the area so well, and after getting a few ideas on what our criteria was, she knew exactly which streets and neighborhoods we would like (and she was right). She was able to answer any and all questions we had and was great during the negotiation process. Olga helped us through what turned out to be a complicated purchase and in a way was solely responsible for the deal getting closed on time. She has great knowledge of the process from looking at houses to the mortgage process and everything in-between. She was able to coordinate the sellers, contractors, attorneys and lender despite all of the issues that came up.
