Mr. Snow was contacted to assist in the buying of a home. He is and has been one of the recommended agents highlighted on Zillow. After several weeks (more than 2) it became clear that he either did not know the area or was too busy to add another client. Although he promised information and listings, there was never any follow-through. Many questions were asked about specific offerings in the area including cable tv service and HOA's. These and all other questions were never answered. I had to find another agent by going through the list of agents and have been pleased with the quality of the new agent.
