The approach was pretty much drop price, drop price, drop price until sold...sold for much less than the next door neighbor just a little bit later...was not impressed at all with how forceful and pushy this realtor was to basically give the house away...even had to bring a check to closing because buyer paid less than owed. Not a positive experience, especially given the neighbor sold a comparable house for close to 25% more than we received.
While we certainly do our best to please all of our clients some expectations can not be met, and we apologize. The facts regarding this seller: Listed with Coldwell Banker for 220 days at 214,900, 209,900, 199,900 Never sold. I listed it at 190,000 the seller took 1 (180,000) not 2 reductions as the last agent had and this seller agreed to the only offer received after over 30 buyer tours in 90 days.
