We sold our home several years ago with this agency. Durning the 3 months it was up for sale only one person from their office even showed the house, (and they were from Tempe) we lived in Peoria. The agent had very little communication with us on keeping us updated on any potential buyers. They pretty much refused to do a open house, so needless to say we did not have even 1. Also, when it did sell we were not told that we would be stuck paying for a balance of a water tank, the whole community (home owners) were paying on since the purchase of the house. So, we were out at least anothe couple hundred dollars. This made no sense to us since we were not even using the water source in that area! Sorry, I would not recommend this company. Less

The facts are: Listed 11/20/01 Under Contract 2/11/02 Close of Escrow 2/22/02 Listed for $154,900 Sold for $152,900 - conv; no closing costs Total DOM: 59 Notes regarding close don't indicate any problem; quick and simple. MLS does note a Temporary $70 yr. water assessment

This was a very small transaction, but the agent still gave me immediate response and service, as did her office staff. The only negative was an error on how much earnest money to wire. I ordered a wire in the amount the escrow officer requested. My agent said that was a mistake, and the amount was less...so I wired the lesser amount. It turned out that the higher amount was correct, and I then had to send a 2nd wire which cost me an additional $35. Regardless of this one small glitch, I would recommend this agent to anyone considering buying or selling. Less

I had to do a short sale and Russell Shaw and his team had the expertise and staffing to help me with this and complete the sale of my former home. It is not an easy process only Russell Shaw's team knew what they were doing and made a very difficult situation less stressful. The staff at Russell Shaw are friendly and helpful and were there for me anytime I called. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. I am sure that given my results with a short sale they are also just as good with those in need of finding a home or selling a home. Less

My husband and I went through a very tough time in 2010 when he lost his job. We had to short sell our home and Russell Shaw made this process seamless. We did not have to worry about a thing, and they were very kind and understanding whenever we had a question. I know if it weren't for their hard work and negotiation skills would we have sold our house. I think most other agents would have given up and thrown in the towel but they did not. We were just 5 days away from being foreclosed upon whe Russell Shaw and his crew pursuaded the bank to accept that offer that had been submitted just 2 weeks prior and it worked!!!
