He was on top of the issues buying the house (it was a repo, throw in a dash of other complications - such as an overseas buyer). I will fully admit that I can get into the weeds of a purchase to levels most people will never go, Bryan handled all this with aplomb. Never irritated or exasperated with the deluge of questions I had thrown at him. The ones he was not able to handle immediately, he was quickly able to locate the answer and get back with me. His attention to detail is admirable and made the sale. He was able to handle several issues which most real estate agents would have given up and walked away. Because he is a SPECIALIST in short sales, he was able to get us into a $500,000+ house for almost half that price. He is a highly skilled negotiator and can work with banks to help negotiate prices to your needs. This is not a sales pitch- or buddy review. He really did it! I'm living in the proof he can make miracles happen. On the flip side, he helped the previous owners recieve forgiveness of a VERY large mortgage debt (over a 1/4 million dollars!!!) avoiding a foreclosure.
