Thanks to Krista and Dave in the Soquel office I was able to secure an almost new unit in Soquel at an attractive discount. Kristas professional assistance and Daves advice really helped me make the whole experiance enjoyable.

We were looking for a home in Santa Cruz and it seemed like the search was hopeless. We couldn't get the house that we wanted for the budget that we had, but Dave and his team at Alliance Homes really helped us out! Right when we were going to give up and go back to renting, they showed us that it was possible to follow your dreams. Dear Mr. Gilliam, This letter is regarding the excellent customer services I received from Grant Gilliam and Laura Chatoff. It was only by accident I ran into Grant after many bad experiences with realtors. I planned to meet and realtor in Redwood City that did not show or call to cancel. I saw an open house so I stopped to look around and that is when I met Grant. By the time I met Grant my optimism was dismal and I was just about to forget about buying a house. I thought I would give it one more shot and I am glad I did. Only weeks before Christmas I told Grant that I would like to be moved into a new home before Christmas. I really put pressure on him. Grant worked very hard to make my family's dream of moving into a new home come true. Through the entire process he was extremely professional, responsive, informative, flexible, and patient. He always answered my calls. If he was unable to answer my call, it did not take him long to call me right back. He answered all my questions. He met with me around my schedule. When I got stressed, which was a couple of times, he remained calm. He is a professional that provides the highest level of customer services. He is an awesome guy! Laura also provided me with excellent customer services. Like Grant she is professional and responsive. She worked diligently to get the paperwork done. She is great! I am also impressed with Chuck, the guy who provided me with the walk through. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. When he figured I would be late to my next appointment to sign the loan documents, he took the initiative to call and let them know I would be late. I am very impressed with Alliance and the people who work there. Alliance is a company that can be trusted. I will strongly recommend Alliance to anyone who would like to purchase a house. The Alliance team made buying a home as easy and painless as possible. My wife and I were looking for a place for her mother-in-law, and it actually turned out to be a fun process! We had the pleasure of working directly with the president of the company, Glenn Gilliam, and he took care of us the whole way. How often do you do business with a company where the president is working directly with you?!?! This was a pleasant surprise, especially for me because it put my wife at ease (let's just say she's usually a difficult customer). Once we told Glenn what features we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, we went to the Alliance office and designed my mother-in-law's home from the ground up! We picked out interior and exterior colors, chose the color of the granite on the countertops, and even rearranged the floor plan to accomodate my mother-in-law's needs. The turn around time wasn't long either, my mother-in-law was settled into her new home in less than 3 months of designing and ordering it. Art Chatoff and his team at Alliance was incredibly understanding and helpful with everything that my fiance and I needed. I know that we were definitely hard to deal with at times and that we kept changing our minds a couple of things but they stuck by us and helped us throughout the whole process.
