Linda helped us buy a house through the short sale process. She was wonderful, and very knowlegeable about the complicated process. She kept the bank moving on their paperwork and stopped the go ahead of the forcloser on the property by the bank. She was always available to answer emails and return phone calls within a few hours time. She even helped come up with ideas on cost effective ways to fix the house up to pass the bank's property inspection. Linda and her team did a wonderful job, I really appreciate what she did for us. I still call with questions and she is happy to accomodate my million questions about houses and property bounderis!
