Sean came highly reccommended as a realtor through a friend of a friend. I decided to give him a call while starting the search for my first home. I'll never forget calling him at first, I was so nervous but he was amazingly calm, hopeful and informative about the current market in a way that I could actually understand, and afford. When it came to showings Sean was very flexible with my chaotic work schedule, meeting me in early mornings and late evenings to visit properties, and even returning to a house two hours after our initial visit with me so we could draw up paper work...or should I say Ipad work? We started looking at small investment properties in the area on our own and called Sean to show us a home we found that was one of his listings. Although we didn't wind up purchasing that property, we felt comfortable enough with Sean to have him recommend and show other properties to us. We found him to be very knowledgable of the downtown area and very honest and upfront about his recommendations.
