Went and looked at over 10 different houses over two different weekends. Jack had a good eye for picking out things that I liked and didn't like. He met with us within a day of the call and our home was on the market quickly and smoothly. Jack did an excellent job of keeping us up to date through email, text, and phone calls. He returned calls promptly even answering over the July 4th holiday weekend. Jack was more than helpful and generous in helping us sell our home. We've recently suffered some negative financial impact due family medical issues and were considering pulling our home off the market. Jack helped us stay positive and when an offer came in, he cut his commission $1800, negotiated cheaper closing costs, and kicked in additional funds to the buyer just to see the deal complete.
