Seemed to be interested in his own interest and commission. Once sale was confirmed, he dropped off. In this particular case he was representing the buyer and seller so it was in his best interest to make the sale. Jon found a great 5 bedroom close to downtown. It had only been on the market for 5 days and he was still able to talk the seller's into a lower price. I was impressed with how well he knew the city and his advice on purchasing a home.
