Moved my family to the HR from cross country. Not a lot of agents would put time into showing me homes when I wasn't ready to write a contract immediately but my agent sent me virtual tours and was willing to talk me anytime when I had questions. By the time I moved we had narrowed it down to a few neighborhoods and my family picked out a great lot and built a brand new custom construction home. I didn't pay closing costs, and I've never had a better time buying a home.

Agent (Kayla Pope): I would never recommend this agent to anyone. The agent was very unprofessional. Last minute meetings, no shows, unprofessional attitude, etc.... No, I would not recommend her to anyone.

They try to service all of Hampton Roads but they should probably focus on Chesapeake. I couldn't get an agent to come to Hampton to show me a condo. I was ready to buy and they could have made some quick money, but I ended up getting a Hampton Realtor who provided MUCH better service.

Brian was and WILL ALWAYS BE my Real Estate Agent who assisted me in deciding which home to build that would be suitable and perfect for me and my family. Throughout the whole process he was right by my side. If I had a question he was able to answer it right away and having the knowledge Brian has helped create a confidence level for me that I have in him. He listened to my needs and provided me with a variety of ideas. Before I even moved to hampton roads they made me feel at home and then when I arrived the level of service he gave me & my husband made us feel like we were on top of the world and was so impressed with everything Brian offered us because he listened to what we needed and what we wanted in our new home he was already prepared to show us what we were interested in. Since we were on such a tight schedule in finding a home and getting it built again I will say I wouldn't use anyone else other than Dr. Brian Simon. I was very happy with my experience with SimonHouses. Moving from out of state, I was unfamiliar with the area and appreciated all my agent's local knowledge. I thought I was going to have to buy an older house, but they pointed out a new construction community that was in the same price range and negotiated the price down for me. Happy and would recommend!

We are a military family who was not familiar with Hampton Roads or even where to begin looking for a home. We had limited time, a tight budget and needed to be within close proximity to Naval Station Norfolk. Everyone we dealt with here was helpful and didn't mind taking the time to answer our nonstop questions. These guys, and our agent in particular, went out of their way to help us find the right house. Now we're all settled in, my husband has a 10-minute commute to work and we even like our neighbors. Contacted them about a property. They sent the wrong information about the property I wanted to see - said it was vacant but it was occupied so I couldn't get in to see the property. When I wasn't interested in the one property they did show me, they didn't respond to my requests to see other properties. Their financing partner said I was prequalified but then wouldn't issue a prequal letter because I wasn't buying a property through their preferred agent. Very disappointed with their services. Less

The Navy was relocating my boyfriend to the Hampton Roads area from CT and we didn't have a great deal of time to spend looking at houses before we needed to make the move. Brian Simon and his team of agents responded to our inquiry before we could even finish contacting other agents and were extremely helpful and accomodating with our long distance search. My boyfriend flew into town for a weekend, looked and a ton of homes, and was able to choose one that matched our needs right away.
