He also went by our new house while it was being built so that we could get updates and he even sent us pictures through email so we could see how things were progressing. Fourth, during the process my wife and I went through a lot of hiccups concerning our mortgage company. Rod was our rock. He kept us focused and was the one stable person that we could look to for help. I honestly do not believe that we would be living in our dream home if Rod was not our Realtor. He always answers his phone and emails or responds very promptly. We worked with him for a total of three months and I can honestly say that we have nothing negative to say about his performance.
