Carol listened and understood the type of property we were looking for. She made no attempt to talk us into something we did not like or want. When we sent request to her reference other properties she always responded in a timely manner. She would do research on a property above what we had requested. Carol always wanted us to be happy with a property whether of her choosing or one that we had found! She assisted us in the details of utilities cut-on and other details of moving in.
