This is the third time I have used Randy in a real estate transaction - twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Our first deal was a sale with Randy as our agent. In 2009 in a horrible market we had a deal in 21 days and closed 30 days later. We were impressed with his marketing efforts and his skill at negotiating a deal. We didn't even lose money after only owning the house for a year (had to move due to a job transfer). The sales transactions have run equally as smooth.
