Bob contacted me from some preliminary internet searches and together we toured homes for almost 3 months. Wrote one offer, and retracted the same after I got cold feet. Eventually we found the right house and it was far from a standard deal, but it worked out well in the end. Highly recommend!

There was no such delay and wasting of time of looking around hundreds different properties (I saw many of my friends took so much time to just look around to find the right place). He really did good job to filter out the properties on the market. He was always in touch even late night. At one point we stopped completely for almost more than a month but when we resumed Bob was equally enthusiastic. When my car was not available, he did not let us use it as an excuse :-) He took us in his car. He helped us get the latest updates in the market by setting up the email posts. Bob is incredibly proactive and dedicated. He was quick to spot great potential homes for us, find out all he could about them and collect hundreds of photos. He also made himself extremely available (even on short notice) for repeated visits of all sorts. He has a good eye for defects and gremlins when taking a look at properties. His guesses and instincts about how much we should bid and how sellers would react to said bids were also spot on. In short, I could not more highly recommend Bob.
