Stephanie Ford was great to work with .She saved me $6400.00 i was going to make my first offer at $74900.00 she Suggested $65000.00 .We got the house for $68500 .She then saved me $450.00 from closing . We had a small amount of damage to the house after the contract she recovered the repair cost for us also ! in all I would say she is the best agent I have worked with . We were in an upside down situation with our mortgage and the only option was a short sale. Stephanie was able to successfully negotiate with our mortgage company a sale price and also negotiated with the buyers agent in order to sell our property. It was a very difficult and long process but she was able to pull it off and we closed on the property at the end of November.
