He then developed custom MLS searches based on school districts that we had identified and arranged for the results of these searches to be automatically forwarded to us via email, including updates as new properties came on the market. As we identified properties of interest, Mr. Rosen would visit each of those properties and create a personalized video tour, which he then loaded to YouTube for us to view. Moving our large family across the country was a very intimidating task. Mike's local knowledge was essential to our decision-making process. Mike exceeded our expectations by sending us video walk-thrus of several homes prior to our arrival for our house-hunting trip. This allowed is to be efficient with the limited time we had in town.

Worked with Mike Rosen for 6 months with complex and extensive rigid requirements and he found us multiple homes to review and worked around our tight schedules. He found us the perfect home and negotiated the lowest price (which was lower than we thought we could get). Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

First of all, the only reason I didn't give him 5 stars across the board is because I'm sick of seeing agents with 32 reviews and 100% of them are 5 stars. That sounds rigged to me. As for whether I would recommend this agent... it depends. I put "likely" because it depends on what area the person wanted to buy or sell in. If it was in an area far outside of his expertise, or licensing, I would likely find somebody more appropriate. Funny thing is, he is one of those agents that would actually tell you if somebody else would be more appropriate. As for the other 5 stars, the "Reponsiveness" I gave a 4. Why? Because the 5 is "Immediate." While Mike was appropriate in his response timing, the guy does have other clients (unlike some agents) and will shut off his phone at night. I don't expect a 24/7 agent, I expect a real person to be responsive and timely, as he was. But that being said, he sold my condo and did an amazing job. The hardest part was when the appraisal came in $12,000 low. Most agents will say "Oh well, I guess we have to drop the price." Instead Mike fought hard for that last $12k, even though it barely changed his commission. Amazingly we got them up like $11,000 and got the highest sale in the building by far. So high that subsequent listings weren't able to get that amount. THAT is what a great agent does. Less
