The agent helped me find house according to my requirements, which were many. Put quite a dedicated, focused effort in matching item-by-item what best suited me. I was very frustrated on myself failing to locate a proper place despite using different channels and wandering around for about two months, I was very very happy to talk to this agent as my experience proved to be like going to a one-stop shop.

Joe was in touch with us all throughout this period of almost 5 months. He not only attended all the important meetings on our behalf, but also handled selection of design upgrades for us. Thanks to Joe's and his wife Philo's selections, the home turned out to be much better than expected. He gave us a lot of inputs based on his extensive experience in this field. I have used Joe 4 times so far - thrice to buy and once to sell a house. Joe was able to get us a great deal on our house - he was pro active in getting us the marked down price (from the builder) before it was reflected in MLS. We also purchased a short sale through him and it was pretty smooth. Very professional - not pushy at all.

We had a very positive experience with Joe during our home purchase last year (2010). He has helped us with pricing negotiation, provided good advice along the way and during the final inspection/walkthroughs. I would highly recommend him.

Joe helped us to market & sell our house in this tough market. All around it was a very pleasant experience.

Scheduled to visit an open house on 1:15 pm at 318 Malvern Hill lane, Morrisville, NC. Didn't show up at the site. Didn't answer calls. We had been waiting there for 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, called back saying change schedule to 3 pm.Should have notified customer upfront if he counldn't make the appointment. Should have the courtisy to answer phones. He is not reliable and responsible at all.
