I was looking for a foreclosed house in a certain area to use as an income property. Vito set me up so as soon as a foreclosure came up in my requested area I would get an email. If I wanted to look at a house Vito would be ther with-in a couple of hours to show it to me, and offered great advise on what each house would need to get it ready to rent. When I found the house I liked Vito made it happen. Probably the easiest house purchase I have ever been part of. I highly recommend him.

Being a first time home buyer I was unsure of the process and uneasy about purchasing a home. Vito knew what he was talking about and helped me through the whole process and even did extra after the deal was done.
