In a market that was not seller friendly, she was able to get us multiple offers and we sold our property for above asking price in a short period of time. Laura is a great agent, no doubt, but it is her soft skills that sets her apart -- great communication regarding the process, works with our schedules, understands the challenges that we as sellers faced given that we have small children (worked around our schedules as much as possible).
